For most clients a conference room is used rarely and sometimes not at all, so we lease the conference room seperately so you only pay for the time you use and not an additional fee each month. The cost to rent the conference room is $15.00 per use for our professional suite tenants and $30 per use to non tenants. Call 704-655-0379 to reserve the conference room in advance.

If it is after normal business hours of 9-5:00 and before 8:00 P.M. you can call 704-907-7231 and request a showing.
