We are happy to provide a conference room for our clients
The cost to rent the conference room is Free for our office
space tenants and $20.00 per hour with a minimum of $35.00
for non office space clients. Call 704-655-0379 to reserve
the conference room in advance.

If it is after normal business hours of 9-5:00 and before

What
kind of signage is available?
For our tenants that lease the entire property,
they have full rights to put a large sign 18 inches by 6
feet on the outside of the building facing West Catawba.
For our executive space clients we are happy to provide
a directory listing on the outside of each property as well
as inside the property and on your door.
